Penny and the island

well after a couple days i was wondering how penny knew where tha island was and how she could gat a radio signal to the island?

if you guys/girls have any ideas just post what they are

in the last season there where these guys that found a signal and reported it to Penny , so I think that is were she knows where the island is from

They pin-pointed the location after the EM burst went off last season finale, then Penny has been broadcasting repeatedly hoping someone would pick it up. Then suddenly, Charlie did. Talk about dedication.
