A few ideas

I was talking to a few people and have gathered a few theories that I wanted some input from.


1) John Lockes dad is Sawyer.

2) In an earlier episode Hurly is in his mom's apartment and you see someone fall out of a window in the backround. Could that have been Locke???

3) Locke did not blow up the sub. Why was he wet? This has been driving me crazy since the ep. I think that he drove the sub out and submerged it, then blew up the dock. That would be the only idea that I have. If not then it is driving me crazy as to why he was wet.

Any comments on this. Please insert ideas here.

Yes. Locke's dad is Sawyer. But, Locke got pushed out of the window four years before the plane crash. I really don't think that Hurley won the Lotto that long ago.

1) Totally. Swyer as in the guy who conned James Ford's parents.
2) DIdn't notice this. Which episode is this in? Gotta watch it again. We do know, however, that Hurley owned the box company Locke was working for.
3) Nah. Locke blew it up reeeaaal good. He is so the Guy-Who-Goes-Crazy in ensemble terror situation movies like Paul Reiser in Aliens2 and Bronson Pinchott in The Langoliers.

1) Most definately agree with you here

2) doubt it. The box company was in a totally different state, and he was paralyzed several years before.

3) A LOT of people think he moved it, and didn't blow it up. But the way I see it, why wouldn't he? He doesn't want anyone to leave the island, that much is quite clear. He doesn't want the others to have communication. He blew up the flame station, and he needed to finish it with the sub. Plus, he couldn't submerge it and then get back out without sinking it. And he couldn't move it without the othes finding it. At this point, I just think that theory lacks an explanation of motivation.

to 3)Alex told Locke that Ben would make other ppl believe that what they do is their own idea, so Locke could have become suspicous and think why would Ben want the sub destroyed? So he could have hidden it somewhere and blew up something different to make Ben (and everybody else) think it is destroyed til he finds out about Ben...(which would explain why he was wet) I didn't recognize it btw = good eye!

I don't know, who can tell me why is Locke's father in the island? how come?
