The Box, the Island, and Eternity

Ok. I just caught the Man From Tallahasee. Lots of revelations.
Updated theory regarding the island: Looks the the island has healing properties, capable of restoring people with ailments and infirmities - Locke's broken back, Jinn's impotence, Rose's cancer, etc. But there is a catch to it, nobody seems to know how its doing it as witness Ben's inability to have his cancer cured. This healing property of the island may be why Dharma came to study it, but the 'Hostiles' who have been living on this island are resistant to this & want to protect the island, hence the Purge - they warred with Dharma, killing almost all of them. Somehow, when the plane crashed, the Hostiles gathered the children and removed them possibly for their own safety, kidnapped Claire to 'vaccinate' her baby Aaron also to protect him from the effects of the island which could be detrimental or too strong for children. OR they took the kiddies to study them because they are prime candidates for the effects of the island. Cindy the air stewardress and the other kidnapped adults have probably been told this secret and are thus perfectly relieved and fine with the whole thing - NOT brainwashed. They were on the list. They are capable of comprehending the whole idea of the island. The reason Jack, Locke & co were kept in the dark and Ben & co didnt just come right out and tell them is that they probably would have not been able to accept the idea and would have laughed/scoffed/ridiculed/rejected it. The plane crash must have been calculated and all the passengers profiled before they took off.

ok, so forget the box = smokie thing for now. Think about this: Are Nikki and Paulo, the Adam and Eve bodies in the caves?

If we go with this eternity theory, if would suggest all times existed within the same vicinity. Past, present, and future are all overlapping on the island. Look at this: Mittelos is an anagram for Lost Time. If you play the Karl Brainwashing scene backwards, the voice narrating the video repeats "Only fools are enslaved by time and space". So, my next point: The little black bag, that contained the diamonds, is the same little black bag that contained the black and white stones. And the producers said that Nikki and Paulo would become iconic.

Furthermore, this point was suggested to me by a friend. The producers WILL be addressing the tsunami of 2004. Locke, tells Paulo in this episode that "things don't stay burried for long". If time overlaps, what if it is the tsunami that caused the Black Rock to be pushed inland, and also causes Nikki and Paulo to be dug out of their graves and forced inland as well. And what if, someone finds them, some last survivors, and lays them to rest there in the cave.

Think about the black and white stones. Nikki, wanted the stones for herself, embodies greed. Nikki = black. Paulo, wanted to hide the stone in order to preserve Nikki's love for him. Paulo, = white.

What do you think? I suppose it could also be like, Jack and Kate laid to rest or something, but I can't think of any other way in which Nikki and Paulo would be "iconic", as the producers put it.

Wow...That whole episode was the most insane thing ever...

So...that theory is very out-there, but I'm not putting it down. I'm not sure at all... But that is a GREAT theory!

And did you guys hear the clicking sound that Smokie makes right after Nikki chucked the spider at Paolo? Then suddenly a whole bunch of those spiders appear! Maybe that's Ben's Magic Box working. Maybe Smokie really is the Magic Box.
