Well that kid that was in the other cage across from Sawyer a few episodes ago was no older than 21. I think that he was one of the people taken from the plane. That and the others apperantly have two islands and if that is the case they might not even have the children on the same island as Kate, Jack and Sawyer. Maybe the other others are the "sick ones" that Danielle was talking about. I saw a drawing from someone somewhere else that has a theory that the island wraps around (kind of like a giant U) and that it was the same island. Any thoughts?

I dunno if you've seen ep 4 of the new season yet but apparently it isn't. It's two separate islands according to Ben.
Whatever objectives Ben's gang are trying to achieve apparently it's been going on like forever. He told Jack he has lived on the island all his life. So its probable that children are raised on Ben's island as well.

i can't really trust danielle at this point - her story doesn't add up. Has the island mapped but never found the others camp or a single hatch in 16 years?

after thinking there may be another lot of others, maby Danielle dident kill the rest, and alex is with the rest of the crew. danielle may be the one with the illness. but then that doesent relly explain the island flashback in eppie one of 3..ow im confused now!!!!!
