Why was there was no one in the pearl and its orentation film was very weird!

why i think there was no one in the pearl... the experimant was of the two original people that was suppose to be there. when locke john and kate went in there they intervined on a confined experiment and hed to be shut down.



ALSO!!!!!!
the orentation film was very wierd...
1) The TV's in the film where in color but when locke watched jack the tv was in black and white.
2) THis oreintation was made !!!!10!!!!! years later! 1980! the swans was made in 1970!
3)In this one the narrorator moved his left arm. in the swans he never did!

ummm... there weren't two specific people in the hatch at all times. The orientation film said that the observers would serve 8 hours of time, and them leave.

it was most likely jusst abandoned, like hte swan. No relpacements showed up for the swan in over three years, more than that. The pearl people probably died or starved to death ( i didn't notice food in there, did you?)

as for the time difference, perhaps that hatch was made to look that way on purpose. Maybe they didn't want the actual creation time of the dharma experiments to be known, so they made fake decor in each one.

the reason he didn't move his arm is because it was prosthetic - connection to montand who lost his arm, the guy who turned kate in who had a prosthetic arm, sam toomey's wife who had a missing leg, etc etc.

he could have had some kind of accident but then got a better cooler bionic arm, like anakin skywalker.

i figured that the orientation film being put in in 1980 instead of 1970 was probably due to either their instructions changed and so they had to do something afterwards, or maybe it had something to do with "the incident" that is talked about, maybe an after thought of a way of prevent another said incident was to watch them to make sure the button was pressed...
