what i'm thinking

heres one of the ideas i'm bouncing around my skull........the other are just plain everyday people who decided they had enough of Bush and society in general. The head other ( we are not sure who is the leader still, even after S2), prolly old, had been involved in the dharma experiments in the 50's or 60's, and mentioned he knew a place abandond that they could live out the remainder of there life, peacefully, without this crazy world and satans media. Now they find these people who are "invading" their "island" and they just want to make sure that if the passengers ever escape they don't report previous life on the island. (because we all know what Bush would do......send a search team out to find these people and collect back taxes.)

but then again this doesn't all tie together and i'm just wondering off in the head. but it is fun to have a wayward theories

Give the guy a break. It's not totally inconceivable that people are sick and tired of Bush... enough to isolate themselves from the impurities and corruption of reality, and live humble lives on a secluded island... until the peaceful balance is threatened by Oceanic survivors. Now they have to restore the tranquil equilibrium... the only question is how.

have you ever seen the village? i'm not saying the idea itself is stupid or untrue - the village was an awesome movie and that idea fit perfectly, i really liked it i'm just saying for lost, i'm hoping it's something a lot bigger than just the "trials of man"

well i just want to know what the black smoke with its clickity clankity is. it makes no sense. and the polar bear. walt doesn't do this stuff. and the viking ship. that was an awsome ship. i wish i could stumble upon something that cool. then again anything old and abandonded is pretty cool. why haven't they gone back to the ship to get more answers. that will tell alot. maps and dates are going to be on board. and gold. arrrrrrr

yeah they really should have gone back, you're right... maybe they're afraid of it because it's in danielle's "bad area" or whatever... she always goes on about the sickness there or something. but yeah i'd like to know what else is on that ship i'd also like to know what is in the "crater" - the ? on locke's map, and the central marked thing on danielle's. likely something important

next season should be pretty telling... most of the main characters are kidnapped or possibly dead... basically they have no choice but to follow what's happening with those kidnapped and the others... so we should learn a lot
