I voted other because although most people wouldn't consider it a sport, I have to vote for NASCAR racing. And no, I'm not from the South or anything like that. I know, I know. They just drive in circles really, really fast, but you try driving in the desert with all the windows rolled up and the heat on full-blast in the middle of the summer and you'll see that it's not that easy.

But I do love football, too. Even though my hometeam lost against a team they should have stomped in the play-offs this year. Bad Packers. Bad Brett Favre. :angry:

It is just a bunch of guys driving around in circles (more like ovals), but it's a lot harder than it looks. That's all I meant. It was just me being defensive because so many people have told me that it's not a sport. It seems like it would be boring, but when you get into it and get to know the drivers -- they're all pretty friendly and love their fans -- it's addictive. If you ever get the chance, go to a race. The energy there is great and the fans are about the nicest bunch of people you can ever meet. And the races are exciting. When you can actually hear those engines roaring up close and you can feel the concrete beneath your feet actually shake, it's just awesome!

And it helps that some of the drivers are young and attractive. :drool: *hem, hem* Kasey Kahne . . . Dale Earnhardt, Jr. :wub:

And that's just me rambling again. But you got me on a subject that I'm sorta passionate about. <_<
