Who will die next?

This thread is for Season three speculation of who's going to die based on spoilers/theories and views.

Basically state which characters you think may be killed off next and support it with reasons.

well, i suppose first we should consider either Locke, Eko or Desmond dieing because after all there was the explosion in the hatch n we dont really know if they are alive or dead

i sorta thought it could be sayid, which would devastate me because i like him. But its like the shannon connection. Boone, then shannon. Then anna lucia shot shannon then died. perhaps since sayid was close to shannon he will be next.

but i really hope not.

I say since 2 new characters died in season 2, then any new character for season 3 can die.

SO i say nobody from season 1 that survived s2 will die.

I think Sayid possibly too, I really hope not though.

Also, I think because so many females have died, it might be the male cast they pick off this time. And considering that, I think that unless he plays a big part in the next season that Charlie might be killed off . I honestly hope not because I still love the guy, but I could see it happening.


Also Jin, because I'm wondering (apart from learning English very slowly) where is character has to go now.

Or of course, the new guy. I wouldn't miss Jin too much if he was killed off, at the moment all he seems to do is talk to Sun and.... fish.

I'm betting it's Steve--you know the connection to Scott. or not. ; )I don't think they'll kill off a major one right off. It would be more realistic, but they also just got rid of Walt and Michael (for now at least). I hope they keep Eko around--they need him against "the others". Yeah, I could see a new character dying, but they'll probably kill off a Season one peep by the end of third season. Remember Boone bit it close to the end S1, Shannon beginning S2, so it'll be in one of the sweeps weeks I bet.
