What is the "Three Minutes" of the title? Nothing short of the amount of time Michael was allowed to see Walt after running into "the others". The scene is emotionally intense, and designed to dramatically challenge your sense of right and wrong when it comes to the love of a father who has lost their child. Undoubtely Harold's best acting ever on LOST.

I find it really odd that Michael specifically asks Hurley. It's like he needs Hurley to come, even though it's not the most practical decision. Methinks it's part of the deal he made with the Others. 'Kill Ana, free Henry, send us Hurley', except Michael acted surprised when he discovered they had a hostage.

And check out the total subtext in the first clip between Michael and Eko. Isn't it a bit early to be hinting at redemption? Eko's actually almost as if he knew what really went down.

All the survivors on the beach welcoming Michael back just makes me sick , because of the total bastard he's become. :s
