Since this is the spoiler section, I believe--at least from the pics I've seen that Libby is a patient (or a doc undercover--yeah, right) and that Dave is Hurley's imaginary friend. Bruce Davison (Senator Kelly from X-men) plays a reporter (?) taking pics of Hurley and said imaginary pal. I guess we'll find out more later.

Lostin80's...no, I don't think Libby is a patient, she's a doc there...remember when she mentioned before that she's a psychologist...and remember what Hurley said when he first saw her..."Do I know you from somewhere"....and I think that's where...I believe she worked in the same mental hospital that Hurley was in...although maybe Libby did not work directly with Hurley, they at least would have seen each other.

Numbers was, wasn't it? Or did I just go crazy and fall asleep?

And...I think I was thinking of Locke's ep when I mentioned Nadia, but it ended up here. x.o It's just casting information, but it made me think "Sayid's Nadia!" because my mind always jumps to flashback crossovers, like the ambiguous "Jason"s from Kate and Ana eps.
