ok for everyone wanting to know how the season ends here goes.....

they actually do launch the raft after many attempts by the "others" to spoil it.

the french lady's warning is very simple. THE OTHERS ARE IN THE HATCH!!!!

they are her old scientist crew and have become mutated by the islands disease.

the cast finally gets the hatch open and guess who comes pouring out....ethan and his band of death bringers. we learn that ethan was sent to take claires baby so that the "others" could use him for research in order to kill the disease they have all had for 16 yrs.

luckily for the cast of lost, the "others" cannot survive outside of the hatch for very long and eventually make retreat back to the hatches underground tunnels. but not before one of our beloved cast members makes a heroic attemp to save another cast member. unfortunately he pays for his heroic feat with his own life.

yes you read that right, someone else will die. i know who it is supposed to be but am reluctant to spill it as many will be majorly pissed when they find out..........
