Argh! more questions but an couple of answers this time

Kate doesn't get jail time because her mother doesn't testify, well that was a surprise. Do you think Kate can stay put for the whole 10 years though?? Kate has a son! I guess now we know who the "him" was she was talking about at the end of series 3. He's a toddler though and called Aaron, does that means Claire dies and she adopts her baby??? But then I was presuming it was Sawyers baby because she knew why he didn't wanna see the baby. But it could just be the memory of Claire, especially if he's found out they were related.

The people on the freighter knew all about the Oceanic surviviors and Kate's going to trial but she's been banished form the barraks and left when Sawyer was so happy about her not being Pregnant

Why is Jack lieing about only 8 surviving??? Or did only 8 survive after all this that's going on now?? we know 6 got off the Island so are the other two on the Island still??? IS there a lot on the Island that the Oceanic 6 are hiding that we don't know about?? Kate told him she had heard him tell that story so many times. Do you think it's one they have to tell people that Oceanic are forcing them into saying some how?? I'm thinking this because of what Jack said to Hurley in the 1st ep about not thinking of telling anyone.

As for Miles obsession with Ben, Miles is just obsessed with money and doing it for the money.

Daniel has a really bad memory, do you think that will be significant??
