Now that is what I call a good episode. Ben-centric and answer giving. But it wouldn't be Lost if not new question were given. But I feel better now that I know more about the Dharma thing.
So the sonic fence were for the wild animals on the island in the first place. I liked learning more about Ben and I understand why he killed his father, but how could he kill Annie who obviously liked Ben very much.
And the Jacob scene was really creepy. At first I thought: "now we got it: Ben is crazy after all" but then these creepy things happend and I am not sure anymore.
So Locke was one of the characters they killed off before season finale. hmm makes scense: he was coming too close to ALL the answers and as I read somewhere that the producers are going to do more than 4 seasons of Lost , they need some more time to keep all the answers away from US.

If you listen to what Ben said carefully, he says that he was ONE OF THE PEOPLE smart enough to switch sides before the other side was purged. Who were the other ones who switched sides? Maybe Annie was one of them.

Exact quote from Ben "I was one of the people that was smart enough to make sure that I didn't end up in that ditch."

In terms of Richard's againg... I'm thinking that either there is again some kind of play with the timeline, or that true island natives can harness island properties similar to the healing ones, that instead prevent aging.

Alos, I doubt Jacob is an actual person. I think he is really the spirit of the island. Ben can't actually hear Jacob anymore, because he isn't "the one". Ben flipped out when he discovered that Locke could talk to Jacob, because this means that the island has a new prophet, and that Ben is about to lose power to Locke - hence the reason he shot him.

What was that dust that surrounded the perimeter to Jacob's house? Maybe Jacob is a spirit and is being trapped by Ben with this dust (kind of like salt and evil spirits?) which is why Jacob asked Locke for help. I think Locke is too important of a character to kill right now. He'll come back like Mikail keeps doing. I wonder who else is an original hostile. I'd like to find out more about Richard and how he came to be on the island.
