mistake in 3 x 14 Exposé ?

Did anyone else notice? When they went down "the pearl" with Niki and Paolo, there was Desmond with them. But it was acutally Eko , wasn't it? Because I remember Locke saying "feeling stupid" (because of pushing this damn button) to Eko and he wasn't present in that scene, while Paolo was in the toilet room. I suppose they couldn't get the actor who played Eko to do this scene.

Eko stayed outside when they went into the pearl originally. thats when he got killed by the smoke moster thing. i think Desmond was also in the party that went to the pearl originally 2

hmm I think I remember Eko down there too, telling Locke that it was more important than ever to push that button...
I got to look for that ep and rewatch it..

No, guys. Eko stayed up top; Desmond, Sayid, Locke, Nikki & Paolo went into the hatch to fiddle with the tv screens. Michelle's right. That's when Eko got hammered by Smokie.

No problem. The first time we saw the hatch Locke & Eko went in and found out the nature of the Pearl as an observation hatch. The second time was it was Locke, Sayid & co who went in. That's probably where the confusion was.

The diamonds were thrown by Sawyer onto Nikki and Paolo before they were buried.
