Hopes For season 3

Okay so, IMHO, season 3 needs a dose of stuff from season 1 to help is get back on track

1. Lighter Mood - Season 2 was so intense, so heavy. Season 1 had comic relief to lighten the mood a bit. Some of my favorite episodes such as Whatever The Case May Be and Outlaws had heavy story lines, but were made lighter. Sawyer chases a boar that urinates on shirt and whatnot, and kate and sawyer fight over the case. And hurley's golf course. These little things improved the show so much, and i hope they bring that back a little in season 3.

2. MONSTER!!!! - ok. It's time to return to the monster storyline. It was there briefly in season 2, with ecko and stuff, but then it died off. In season 1, the survivors were afraid to go too far into the jungle for fear of being attacked by the monster. In season 2 it was basically a non-factor. We need to see a little more of that fear of the unknown.

3. Less Dharma- i loved season 1 because it was about the island itself, not the company that controlled it. For me, there were too many hatches, just too much Dharma in general. It got boring after a while.

so those are my three major things, what are yours?

I'd like a little more comedy too, and I'd like them to add different characters to the main storylines this time.


And I'd like less dharma and more island stuff, eg; monster, and general freaky things.

annie i agree completely. I liked it so much better when it was more about things on the island.

And red matrix, i wouldn't mind a little more romance either. I have heard some rumours... i won't say what because i don't want to spoil people, but i hear it will pick up a bit. And i think Kate will choose sawyer. They are so right for each other on so many levels.

that's the real question, isn't it red matrix. IMHO, they haven't left yet. (i think i have posted my theory in almost every board on this forum, sorry about that) But you never know.

i don't think they'd let him go without explaining walt's powers anyway.
