Henry Gale caught on purpose

Okay, we call know this is true, but for some reason I can't recall why. So how about a little review.

Why exactly was henry gale "caught"? Or turned himself in or whatever?

I don't remember exactly, but wasn't it something like to "get" a certain lostie? I think Locke?

I believe Michelle is right. So, to answer your question, he wasn't intentionally caught. (as far as we can tell)

well, he SAID he was coming for locke, but who the hell knows? they didn't include locke in their list of people for michael to bring, so maybe they didn't actually want him. getting caught by rousseau (sp) on purpose would probably be a very bad idea heheh, so yeah that must have been an accident... but who knows what he was doing in the first place. the guy is obviously smart, he could have been lying to get on locke's good side or something.

Good point, kermit. If he was coming for Locke, why wasn't Locke on the list?

doesn't mean they have to catch him in any different way... they had different plans for hurley and michael, too

im not sayin they have to capture them differently, but maybe their plan 4 locke was 2 destroy his faith which they did wen henry said he didnt push the button, n they av a different plan 4 kate, sawyer njack

yeah that does seem odd, the way he messed with locke's head... certainly not a nice thing... and i wouldn't be surprised if they orchestrated the fact that the emergency lockdown happened in the first place. it was totally random. henry probably knew exactly what was going on, and what would happen if he didn't make it to the button. heck, maybe he didn't make it to the button and one of the other others was there to push it.

err... side-track i definitely can't wait to find out what they want with those three... right now that's the biggest cliff-hanger for me... as much as i like locke and eko, for some reason i'm not all that concerned about them living/dying, just about what the others have planned. probably because i know even if they die, they will still be a part of the show somehow.

i know what you mean kermit i wanna no wots goin on with jack kate n sawyer more than anythin else 2, but i think thats purely cos i doubt they will kill off eko desmond and locke all at the same time
