I saw it. It was decent - great special effects and the like, deffinatly better than the third harry potter movie (prizoner of Azkaban - but it sucked in my opinion). However, I think that the character depth and developement was horrible. They hid too much behind the plot and effects that there was not depth. I'd give it a two or three stars out of five if I was rating it.

Interesting little critique there. I like it... after hearing that, I probably won't see in in the theater, but I'll wait until it comes out on DVD and rent it - if I like it, I'll buy it after that.

Yeah, I agree for the most part... the depth just isn't there.

Any idea when this will come out on DVD? I'm not a huge fan of the whole witchcraft seen, but I might watch this based on the decent review's it's recieved.
