Superman Returns

Anyone going to see Superman Returns opening night, which I believe is June 28th. The theaters are going to be packed where I live, but I've got the hook up at an IMAX theater and am going to see it on the BIG screen.

Not sure what to expect with these remake movies. I thought Batman Begins was excellent, so if Superman is anything like that... I won't be disappointed.

yeah it's totally hit and miss... i've been loving spiderman and xmen, and yeah batman begins was great... but others have ranged from mediocre to straight-to-dvd :P

i probably won't see it opening night, i'm not a big fan of crowds, but i will definitely be seeing it in imax

I could see it flopping too, like Hulk or Fantastic 4 .. who knows.

although, i didn't see either of those two, and i will see superman i think the superman franchise has a lot more pull than most other superheroes, he's right up there with spiderman for sure, especially now with the success of that tv show (which i have actually never seen)... so even if it sucks i'm sure it'll make a lot of dough

it wont flop because everyone wants to know what the new superman will b like so everyone will go and see it in the firtst week, but once the hypes over i think it will be forgotten easily

Michelle has a point, although I think it will still be a HUGE hit!
