The same Boss from the chicken shop as Locke's co.

I dont know if anyone mentioned it already but I'd just like to point out that Hurley's boss last night was in another episode. He also played Locke's boss in the episode "Walkabout". He just shaved his face and cut his hair for Hurley's episode. He even had the same name: Randy. I guess this is the same guy but the connection seems weird to me. Just letting you all know, thanks : )
