The building is a known bulding in Norway (I don't know what it's called in english) and now we are speculating in, is the man in the window, the dad of a soccer-trainer in Norway? The soccer-trainers name is : Ivar Morten Normark.
We guess the movie is taken around 1980, because it seems under restauration (on the outside).
