In this week's TV Guide, (June 19-25) there are two small articles on Josh Holloway and Harold Perrineau. Holloway is #11 out of the '50 celebrity diets and secrets that you should know!'. This is what it says about him- 'Josh Holloway has followed diet fads in the past (including a seven-day fast drinking a blend of maple syrup, lemon juice and cayenne pepper) but now stays buff by embracing the no-brainer motto "Eat less and move more"

And Harold Perrieau is one of 'TV's hottest pops'. HE PLAYS-Michael on ABC's Lost OFFSPRING-Son Walt (Malcom David Kelley), a curious kid with mysterious powers PATERNAL INSTINCT-Shielding Walt from the island's creepy castaways has become his full time job. WE LOVE HIM BECAUSE-"His commitment to Walt is what makes Michael appealing," says Lost executive producer Carlton Cuse."He stepped into this difficult situation and reinvented himself (for the sake of) his son." IN REAL LIFE- Perrineau is married and has a 10-year-old daughter, Aurora.
