Why don't the others want Claire's baby? They wanted it...they know where she is...why haven't they come back for it. Russo did bring Claire's baby to the beach on the night the others took Walt. Could she have been meeting them? Could she be an other?

hmm... well, their kidnapper guy got shot up by charlie, so maybe they have decided to change tack... and are just watching her from a distance? or, maybe the kidnapper guy was the bad others leader, and they are trying to regroup after losing him.

i think the others that kidnapped claire's baby are a different group from the ones that kidnapped walt, though i don't think danielle is an other, but i definitely think if it meant getting her daughter back, she would conspire with them, possibly even against sayid...
