Default What literature featured on Lost have you read?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lost_%2...%29#Literature

What have you read of the set of literature featured on Lost? Of what you read, did you find out about it through Lost?

I'm currently reading The Third Policeman and yes, I found out about it through Lost. I agree that it's a really great book, but probably too difficult and weird a read for the unscrubbed masses. Has anyone else read or is reading this book?

Hmmm... well, I've read Alice in Wonderland (which is a horrible book). I guess it relates quite a bit to the various dreams and hallucinations that some of the Lost characters have.

You think Alice in Wonderland is a horrible book? Not only is it a great book, but it's a cultural landmark! I can't believe you called it horrible. For shame.

But I meant the books featured on Lost...meaning literally on the show. You can find all of these, as well as books merely referenced (like Alice in Wonderland) here:

But I meant the books featured on Lost...basically, the ones here:

From the article:

Locke refers to this as "the white rabbit" from Alice in Wonderland and makes his first declaration of the special nature of the Island, "Is your White Rabbit a hallucination? Probably. But what if everything that happened here happened for a reason?"

By "featured" I meant books literally in the show, like The Third Policeman and Our Mutual Friend.

Ok, fine, although it is a direct allusion to the book. I won't argue about it any further though.
