Nothing. Unless they were giving them away for free, I don't think I'd ever go out of my way to buy Lost merchandise. Maybe the DVDs...

The show is great, and absolutely nothing will stop me from watching it on Wednesdays, but I ain't no freakin' groupie lol

i bought those two books, the bad twin and the third policeman
 though that second book isn't in any way licensed by lost, it's classic literature, but the people that make the show have said some interesting things about it relating to the show and providing a lot of insight i haven't read them yet though, too busy
