Do you think Charlie will start taking drugs again?

As you know, Charlie was a Heroin addict. Thanks to John Locke, he was able to stop, but took a Mary figure full of Heroin from the plane wreck where Boone died.

My question is, do you think he'll retake it? Get readdicted and fall to the temptation? What are your thoughts? And do you think Locke will do anything about it?

I strongly believe he'll start taking the drug again. He was majorly addicted before, and I honestly don't think he'll be able to resist the templation.

What's worse, is I think that before or if he ever restops taking the Heroin, he'll kill someone.

I'll outline it for you:

Charlie starts taking the Heroin again. It goes okay for a while, but Locke's interest in Clarie takes hold even more and Charlie gets even more jealous - so jealous that he kills (or perhaps only shoots) John Locke. Charlie might even die in the process.

Perhaps not, but that's what I would have done if I was the writer. :P

He'll deffinatly take again. To be honest, as much as I want a happy ending, I don't think he will be able to withstand the temptation, no matter how cool it would be for them to be rescued, him to marry Clarie and adopt Aaron, and them all to live happily ever after.

I certainly don't hope he'll take or hope he'll kill someone, but I agree, it does seem likely.

I don't know... it seems logical that he'd take, but after seeing the promo for next week I'm not so sure.

If you recall, I think it was Eko who smashed the Mary figure and revealed the Heroin - that would imply he already knew about it... might be worth talking about in the thread on the drug smugglers.

I don't think there'll be an episode next week if I'm right. It's not till next year. Could be wrong though.

I'm honestly dying to know what Eko's connection with religion and possibly the drug smugglers is... it's obvious he knew what was (or will know what is) in the Mary figure.

I'd agree that he'll probably relapse into his desire for heroin. I'm not quite sure what will come of it, but I guess we'll see in time.

I hate the whole "time will tell" scenarios - he'll take it. No question. The creators can't avoid something that severe.
