Post what book you are reading or have read that you think is good (or not so good).

I just finished reading "Blowfly" by Patricia Cornwell. She is one of my favorite writers.

I just finished reading "The Amityville Horror", a true ghost story. It was really scary because I read it at night.

for school i'm reading a novel of short stories by a bunch of dead guys...really lame, not even gonna bother looking up the title...
for fun my friend just lent me a book called "Girl, 15, Charming but Insane" by Sue Limb or something like that...its pretty funny; my friend says I remind her of the main character...dont see why, i'm never insane! ;) :boat:

No idea. I've heard of Of Mice and Men, but I have no idea what's it about!
Yes, Amityville Horror is the movie Melissa George is going to star in.
And the book is based on a REAL haunted house. In fact, I don't live that far from the actual haunted house. The real haunted house is on Long Island, New York (where JFK airport is) and I can see Long Island across from the beach in my town on the Long Island Sound.
I don't know much about the house in Amityville, except reportedly it is a really haunted house and that the owners who lived there ran away in the middle of the night leaving everything in its place cuz they were so scared or something.
