what's so great about Josh/Sawyer?

Honest, what's so great about him? Everyone seems to like him and like praise him. To be honest, I don't like him all that much. Sure, he is a decent actor, but honestly, he's not much more than that.

I like his role on lost, but that's it.

Well, he's sorta cool. He hads flavor to the show. Mystery, perhaps a little violence. It's all good.

Based on what I've seen of Josh from the special features on the season 1 DVD, he seems to be very different from Sawyer the character. And it was really surprising. This makes me think he's a great actor. And there's the fact that at the beginning of the series most people couldn't stand Sawyer, and now most people seem to love him.

i think sawyer adds a certain relaity check to the show, instead of it being everyone getting on and doing well on the island like something out of the swiss family robinson, he is the person who doesnt want to get on with everyone else and wants to surive on his own. he adds falour to the show because hes more realistic in my opinion. hes not just following everyone else hes looking after himself and thats all
