Lost continues to be a powerhouse in the ratings. As you can tell from the chart below, baseball dominated peoples' tv shedules. Lost however, was still able to hold-up against this tough competition. That is excellent news for ABC! Fox took four of top five TV spots, but now baseball is over. Just a quick note: Lost led it's nearest non-baseball competition (Sixty Minutes-CBS) by over 9 MILLION VIEWERS! And it clearly won the important Adults Aged 18-49 category (most important for advertisers) by 142%, beating out Smallville.

So what do you guys think about a JJ Wednesday? Alias airing right after Lost? I think it sounds good. No huge competition after LOST except the West Wing, which does just about the same as Law and Order: Criminal Intent (which Alias is usually up against).

Sweeps are coming up. That's a very important period for networks because it determines when advertising rates are set. Let's see how Lost does during sweeps.

One more additional note: everytime it airs, Lost gains viewers in its second half hour. I wonder why... maybe it's because of its early start. Who knows? GO LOST!
