Did Jack hear Kate and Sawyer?

Is it just me, or did Jack's head turn a little when Kate and Sawyer were yelling his name at him from inside the cages?

it wasnt you. i saw it to. i thought i was going crazy when i saw his head turn a little.

Even if he did, he probably couldn't hear what they said or recognize their voice.
