Something i noticed about Eddie...

When locke took Eddie to the commune, and they sat down to eat, he was introduced to Mike and sat down next to him. Mike commented on Eddie's T-Shirt and Eddie said something like "Its a group called Geronimo Jackson, it was my father's t-shirt".

When Charlie and Hurley first went into the hatch (in season 2), they were looking through the music collection and charlie commented on an album by a group called Geronimo Jackson. Does this mean that Eddie's father was at the hatch at some point? Its a bit of a coincidence that an obscure group's album would be there and Eddie's dad was a fan.

Did anyone else notice that or have any thoughts?

I think that everything has relevance but I don't think that implicates that his dad was in the hatch. But then again nothing is off the map on this show. I have to agree with Red Matrix though good first post. Lookin foward to hearin' some more!

Thanks. I remember charlie seeing the record and the name was so unusual it just stuck in my mind.

Unfortunately, i don't notice these things very often. i enjoy the show and pick up certain things but other people have already noticed and put them on the forums!

ahh so you caught that too! excellent first post indeed.

i didn't take it to mean he had relatives in the hatch, i took it to be just another easter egg. The geronimo Jackson album is also a "hidden" easter egg on the season 2 dvds.

It may have significance, it may not. I noticed a lot of easter eggs in the mini season. Juliet's cd in the opening scene was in a talking heads case, Kate's pregnancy test was a Widmore one, etc. It's pretty cool the stuff you can catch.

For me unless I'm able to view more than 2-3 times I don't catch alot of small details. And even though I've seen ea. episode @ least that many times I still miss stuff. The next time I watch them I'll try to pay more attention to what's going on in the background to see what else I've missed.
