3 stands for the 3rd season, 02 stands for the 2nd episode of the season. 'x' is just something to seperate the two, although these are also accepted notations:

Apparently we've labeled it wrong or they changed the order of the episodes I think. There's only been two episodes and the Glass Balerina was second.

Locke wakes up mute, does his drug concoction and gets a spirit journey. His guide is Boone. He can't speak, and can't walk, Boone takes him through the airport before the flight, but everything is different. He tells Locke he must clean up his mess by saving Mr Eko.
The rest of it is his flashbacks.
