Wow, I loved the opening sequence! THere was a villiage, on the island!

So we see everyone is okay. Sawyer gets shocked, lol.

I missed the first 8 minutes of the premiere. Can anyone fill me in on what happened? Please !!!!!

Sure.

In the opening sequence, we see a woman playing a CD with some weirdly happy song. She gathers some chairs around in the living room. Her oven beeps, she finds out she burned her muffins, and her hand. There is a book club meeting there. There is a squibble between her and some guy, and then everything shakes. It appears to be an earthquake, but when they go outside, we see other houses too. It's like a villiage. Everyone looks up in time to see Oceanic Flight 815 break up in the air.

"Henry" calls Ethan and William to go spy on the two encampments, to see if there were any survivors, and to be inconspicuous.

that was gooood. i thought it could have been a bit better though. we really didn't learn much about the others, except that they have a normal town on the island and that the dirty clothes were all for show.

I didnt see anything in the episode about Hurley getting back to camp or if Locke and Eko survived from last season. Was that in the first 8 minutes that I missed or were they not on the episode ? Thanks

there wasn't anything about the hatch or the beach in this one. i guess we'll find out next week . .
