Alright just think of this...when ecko and Locke found tht room where the video was in Locke found tht paper which recored what was being typed in the machine, he saw all the #s and he said tht it was all just to mess w/ em. But wouldn't he have seen Michael's conversation w/ walt/the others tht was conducted when he hit locke on the head and locked him and jack in the room?

wow how can u say you forgive michael, hes risking the lives of 4 ppl for his sons, that he might not get. Hes stupid for not tellin sayid, everyone could set up a trap. Michael is an idiot. I wouldn't even care if his character dies

I can forgive him because I found the scene so moving when he seen Walt.I understand why he's willing to do anything to be Walt back.

I mean think of someone you really love,now if you where in a situation like that would you do what Micheal's doing? I know I would.

I agree Lost80s, we need random people dying, I don't care who. Except not the K/J/S/C :D In the finale, there's a shot where people are looking to the sky. Methinks either the hatch blew up majorly, or someone didn't press the button and another plane's crashing. (Maybe the button is actually used to maintain a stable electromagnetic field?)

Is it possible that the button subdues the magnetic field? Like keeps it under control and if the numbers and button are not correctly pressed in time, the magenets will go beserk and bring planes to the island? Maybe one day Desmond was like "I dont believe in it" and he didnt press it.. he later heard a large crash and like the sound of airplane stuff and then he hid and was all like faithful to the button?

first time poster here...so please be gentle....

I was just wondering if when Dr. Klugh asked Michael a question...something about if he ever saw him when he wasn't really there (I don't remember exactly what she said) do any of you think that maybe Michael was seeing Walt his whole life or recently even though he was half a world away? I think that when Shannon (and Sayid...I think) saw him in the jungle...he was projecting himself
(I'm sure this has probably been discussed before) but I kind of got the feeling that maybe that was Walt's way of seeing his dad his whole life while he was gone. Does this make any sense?

That's an interesting take, and yes it does make sense =)
He did that 'randomly appearing' thing earlier this season, and I guess it's possible he's been doing that sort of thing his whole life. ..You realise we still haven't gotten a Walt flashback ep?

And I agree, that it's sort of an 'astral projection'. He wasn't corporeal when he appeared, was he? I can't remember. But maybe that's why he appears drenched and speaks backwards...it's just the effect his projected self has.
