In this eppisode Ethan showed Claire the Cot he had made for her,for the baby.This cot had Oceanic planes around it.On the mobile.
 And in the eppisode named Claire has a bad dream and see's a cot sitting in the jungle with the same mobile above the crib.  Coincidence?
