A good episode. Not brilliant, but by no means bad.

Did anyone else notice the fact that Kate's father Sgt Austen was riding in the truck with Sayid near the end of the ep? It looked like him and that picture he was holding certainly looked like Kate.

Awww. Why did Sawyer have to kill the frog? Evil guy.

Hmmm. Not to sure if the Baloon Guy is an Other or just another poor soul who has got the themselves crashed on the island. I'll remain open minded about that.

It was intersting how the balloon guy's name is Henry Gale, and that he claimed that he arrived on the island in a balloon.
In 'The Wizard of Oz' Dorthy's uncle was named Henry Gale. Dorthy left Oz in a hot air balloon.

Interesting episode. I am starting to dislike Jack, though. He is all about battling the others in one episode and in the next he is so merciful, whats up with that? One thing about Mr. Gale (the ballon guy) how does he get a clean shave stranded in the jungle for three months? I don't trust the guy. That look he trew at Sahed at the end...creepy. Ohh and we are going egypcian all of a sudden!

FIRST OFF) Crazy Jack!!! :wacko: YaY! These Man of Science and Man of Faith face offs are really interesting for me. Jack doesn't seem to want anyone to get hurt, especially if they could be innocent. So that's kinda sweet. so go Jack! :gojack:

Hello everyone. Lost-Forum.com got defaced (a form of simple hacking) so I've moved over here. Thanks for holding in there (watch out for those "g00ns" over at g00ns.net ruining things).

Anyways, I really liked this episode. It was a thrill to watch, but as mentioned not brilliant.

Here's a screenshot I made of the countdown during which John was trying to type in the numbers but didn't make it and the numbers started to turn into orange and black shapes (look like hieroglyphics to me?) before he had finally finished the job and entered them.
