I watched the episode this morning and I really enjoyed it, but it wasn't one of the best. I really dislike Sayid, I think he is worst character. Why couldn't he have died instead of Boone or Shannon? I am also getting fed up of Jack becuase he is in it TOO much and he always tries to control everyone, lol

loved the ep.
stupid jack. <_< i hope sayid get another shot at him. and going off topic here. if this was real life and i was living it. id trust locke and sayid over jack anyday. jack is unpredictable. noble maybe but a loose cannon, i wouldnt trust him. locke is predictable. one can almost predict his next move. and i think sayid is just a good guy and if you were on his side...he would have your back.

This epside had nothing to do with nothing. They spent 10minutes of recording sawyer chasing a frog???? I mean cmon.
They found a person, Sayid tourcherd him for no reason. They could of just fast-questioned the guy. Locke changes the code so him and Jack got to argue so they would lose time. The only good and awsome thing about this episode are the number signs. Those egyptian symbols. OTher than that, this episode sucked. 3/10 Kthx :)

Dear Mr Sawyer, You dont know who i am but i know who you are and i know what you done. You had sex with my mother, than you stole my dads money all away. So he got angry and he killed my mother and then he killed him self too. All i know is your name. One of these days I'm gonna find you and I'm gonna give you this letter so you'll remember what you done to me. You killed my parents Mr Sawyer. |

Do you think that maybe the "angry paranoia" vibe that's going round the survivors could actually be the first sign of the sickness. The sickness that both Danielle and Desmond mentioned?
I don't think Jack is behaving wrongly at all. He wants to fight the Others. And he wants to fight them only to ensure the continuing survivals of the survivors. He's not on a revenge gig. He can't just allow someone who may be innocent to be tortured. Afterall mistaken identity lead to the death of Shannon. I think Jack doesn't want there to be more unneccessary bloodshed. |

To the comment of why they "wasted" time showing Hurly and Sawyer chasing the tree frog, that was to answer a question that the producers have been trying to answer, Hurley's weight. Yes, we are all asking, "then how did he stay his weight before the hatch?"
ProphecyBoy, I agree with the most part that Jack is trying to stick to his ethics but he changes his ethics almost every episode. Locke's views on Sayid's actions I think are the better of the two. |

I agree. The frog was mostly about the BIG man's weight....Mission accomplished.
Yes, I noticed that the soldier in the truck was Kate's Step? dad. The other thing that comes to mind is that the dark side is starting to become the predominate personality of many of the characters. Charlie, Sayid, Locke, Anna, Sawyer...etc. Notice how Locke's face is looking harder these days? In regards to our new balloon friend...his hair seems to be mighty short and well trimmed for someone that has been on the island, living in a cave, for 4 months. Don't you think? |

ok..ya...i believe 'balloon guy' is one of the others...i just do...
as for Sayid...loved seeing his back story, as always. I picked out Kate's father in the very beginning when the marines stormed into the room...I recognized him right away..and yes, that was Kate's picture at the end. I love how they tie the characters together in that sense, but still none of the characters know it...very cool The frog thing...coulda done without it, although it was good for some humour...similar to the whole 'harassing boar' epi...seems the animals have a thing out for Sawyer. Hurley...no, that doesn't answer the question about his weight...because if he in fact had been eating like that the whole time on the island, there would be no food left period..so that just doesn't make any sense. So, I think that's still much a mystery like alot of other things. And, I'm liking the fact that other survivors are able to convince other survivors to 'go against' Jack's agenda...to do thing behind Jack's back. Jack is an ass..always has been, always will be. I think he's seeing the fact that he's losing his control over people...that not everyone wants to do what he says, when he says it. One disappointment was that I expected a little more anger and hatred towards Sawyer after what he did in the previous epi, and I expected Sawyer to be more of a grump..but he wasn't...and people actually spoke to him...I was kinda surprised at that. I mean come on, did everyone already forget what happened?? It was nice to see Danielle again....you know she'll always come and go. Makes you wonder where the hell Desmond is...really...where could he have gone, we know he's not dead, so we know he will at some point make another appearance. That's my 2 cents...not the best epi, but not the worst either. I give it a 4 |
