Epi 4:Everybody Hates Hugo...

hey everybody! yesterday's epi WAS AWESOMEEEE! WOOT WOOT! :lol:

ok so anyways Season 2: Episode 4: Everybody Hates Hugo
RECAP in case you missed it or forgot some things....

Hurley is in the hatch, eating LOADS of food, and drinking milk, etc. Jin comes out of nowhere, along with a guy next to him dressed in a chicken suit. Jin is speaking perfect ENGLISH and Hurley is surprised. Jin tells Hurley that he isnt speaking English, but HUrley is speaking KOREAN.(Very weird) Jin tells Hurley, "Everything is going to change." He also tells HUrley to 'have a cluckity cluck cluck day'. Hurley wakes up, he is in front of the computer, and he types in the numbers.

Meanwhile, Sawyer, Michael, and Jin are still trapped. The net (didnt know what else to call it lol) thing opens, and they tell Jin to climb the rope and ocme out first. Sawyer tells Jin not to do it, in which Anna-Lucia replies Ill hurt one of your friends if you dont. Then Michael climbs up, despite Sawyer's protests. Sawyer looks at Anna-Lucia defiantly and tells her he is NOT coming up. They close the net, bring the rope up, and leave.

At the Beach, Hurley talks to Charlie a little about the hatch when he asks. Charlie gets angry at Hurley,still not believing he is worth 156 million dollars. He leaves. Hurley's walking around the beach, and comes across Rose, who is doing laundry. He is surprised to see she doesn't care what's in the hatch and doesn't probe him, like many of the other survivors. Hurley takes Rose to the hatch. Jack gets angry and asks Hurley who else he told, and he syas nobody.

On the beach, Claire sees something in the water and pulls it out. Its a bottle full of messages. AKA-The messages they wrote and gave to everyone sailing in the raft.

Hurley's job is to do inventory of the food and try to make it last within the survivors. Rose helps him and they tlak together. Rose insists that Bernard is alive. Kate comes, takes a shampoo, and leaves.

Locke is doing something in the jungle, and he is aware that Charlie is following him. He tells Charlie to come out. Charlie is angry that nobody is telling him anything, so Locke sits down, and explains everything about Dharma, the button, etc. to Charlie, who is amazed. Charlie asks Hurley for peanut butter for Claire, and Hurley sadly replies he cant. Charlie gets angry at Hurley and leaves. Sayid is doing something in the hatch with Jack, when he discovers that the sides of the walls are concrete, even under the hatch. (something like that, i wasnt completely paying attention lol srry)

The rope comes down, and Sawyer comes up, with a rock in his hand. Anna-Lucia tells him to drop it, he doesnt, she hits him. Michael tells Sawyer they have told them their story (plane crash, survivors, others taking walt, etc.) and they believe them. They come to a door, and Anna Lucia knocks on it. They tell Michael, Sawyer, and Jin that there were 23 survivors from teh back of the plane. However, when they come in, there's about 5, and they sadly reply thats all thats left of them now.

Claire tells Shannon about the messages in the bottle, and they confront Sun, who takes the bottle and later buries it.

Hurley tells Locke he doesnt want to do this job, he doesnt wnat anybody to hate him. Locke tells him that sometimes he has to do a job he doesnt want to, etc. Hurley goes back into the hatch, finds fuse and dynamiter, and prepares to light it. Rose asks him why he is doing this. Hurley replies he needs to end this now, and he doesnt want anybody to hate him. Rose comforts him.

A song begins to play, and it shwos everybody getting food supplied from the hatch. Hurley gives Charlie peanut butter, who gives it to a delighted Claire. Kate and Jack are eatign together and laughing.Rose saves her candy, and holds her necklace tightly clasped in her hand. EVERYBODY LOVES HURLEY! :D

Back with the few survivors, and Sawyer, Michael, and Jin: Somebody comes up to the 3 and gives a description of a woman named Rose. He asks if she is alive. They reply yes, and he is HAPPYYYY! :P He states that he is Bernard, her husband.

-FLASHBACKS-

HUrley won the lotter, and he falls. His mom asks him whats wrong and he tells her he merely fell. His mom lectures him about his lifestyle. She tells him he should chaneg the way his life is going. Hurley plays around with the ticket, not knowing if he should hand it in. He goes to work, where he is called in by his boss. His boss criticizes him, showing him a surveillance tape where HUrley ate some of their food. He also tells Hurley he gives to many napkins to customers. Hurley gets frustrated and quits. So does his friend who also works there. They go to a CD store. and listen to DriveShaft. His friend says they suck. Then, Hurley asks a friend that works there out on a date. HE wanted to ask her before he became popular and rich, to know if she liked him for himself. She says yes. Hurley and his friend go out and steal lawn gones, and place it in formation of the word 'CLUCK YOU' on their boss' yard, and leave as he comes running out. HUrley and his friend drive into parking lot. Hurley asks his friend to promise him that tihngs will always stay the same between them, and the friend agrees. There's a commotion in front of the store, with newscrews and photographers. A man comes running over to Hurley, and says "He is the man who won the lottery jackpot!" Hurley's friend gets upset, and the people take pictures of him.

QUESTIONS/COMMENTS

Where did Desmond go?

Poor Hurley...what happened to his friend?

What happened to that girl he asked out?

WHERE'S WALT AND THE OTHERS?

How come there were 23 survivors, but not anymore? Did they die of that disease or illness Desmond as talking about?

My best friend came up with a theory: (tell me what you think)-Since the walls of the hatch were made of concrete, maybe it was made like that to keep something from coming in. Say...radiation??? They did say that something went wrong with Dharma...So could it possibly be built like that to keep out radiation? Which is why Desmond took those injections? And a whole bunch of possibilities! Maybe thats how some other back of plane survivors died...? (CREDIT TO MY BEST FRIEND KATIE)
