Well, there is a possibility that Locke's father is the man who ruined (James Ford)Sawyer's life; or Jack's father.

I think Jack's father, because that'd be awesome. I'd love to see Sawyer throw Jack off a cliff. And honestly, who'd want to have an affair with Locke's so-called father?
