well i remember when sayid n jack discovered the wall, sayid said the only time he remembers concrete being poured to that extent was chernobyl (sorry prob spelt it wrong) and also it was the wall that had the magnetic pull, remember the key around jacks neck going towards it n everything flying 2 it when the button wasnt pushed, so i think behind that wall is the electromagnet that needs discharging every 108 mins
