well, I certainly enjoyed finding out something about Hurley. And, as always, I have a few opinions I'd like to share with u peps!!
1. What landed Hurley in the looney bin to begin with? 2. Did you see how mad he was getting at the french woman, and how he started looking almost kinda evil?? That's a side of Hurley that's well hidden, and I'm sure it has to do with the reason he was in the nuthouse. <_< 3. I'm getting kinda tired of the chip on Walt's shoulder...I think Jin should knock him into the next century!! 4. Locke is really hot and cold, isn't he?? He was a sweet guy this epi, making the crib for Claire...I like his character though, kinda mysterious, but at times he really gets you mad :madvery: but he always has good intentions 5. I really wanna see what that hatch is all about now that we've seen the numbers on it!!!! :abduct: |

This was excellent episode and a bit scary considering the scene between Hurley and Rousseau. As Kipper said, there's more to Hurley than we've been told. But considering we are nearing the end of the season, it won't be right away that we learn more.

I'm getting annoyed with the people keeping secrets. Just air that shit out already and figure out what the connection is between everyone on the island. I'm so impatient. ;D
Other than that, I really enjoyed it. This is probably just a coincidence, but the number 42 is the answer to the meaning of the universe according to hitchiker's guide to the galaxy. |

Hi-
New member here. I really loved this episode. So far - whatever they play out to mean - the idea of the mysterious numbers and the way they affect anyone who uses them is wonderful. Did anybody else notice the connection in Hurley's back story to another character? Hurley owns a company in Tustin, California that makes boxes. Locke worked at a company in Tustin, California that makes boxes. :P |

Yeah Box Co = Locke
42... hmmm I was thinking if you do some weird math with all the numbers it could be like 47 JJ's fave number on Alias but I haven't figured it out yet. I formed a theory but I hope I'm wrong cause I don't want it to be what I think.... lol OKAY: Foreshadowed did anyone notice that... Remember in Raised by Another with Claire's vision of the Baby and a Crib and Locke being really freaky did that not resonate when you saw Locke making that cradle?! Was any one else sad when Charlie didn't believe Hurley? Kipper Walt is the boy do you mean Michael his dad...? Oh and I see lots of newbies' so *waves* welcome ! :D |
