Well, we know they slept together at least once and from what I've seen Shannon is definitely in control when it comes to the two of them. She's the one who put the moves on Boone (that little witch!) and then she's the one who told him to get dressed when they were through. *shudders*

Seems their relationship is changing though. And his jealousy of Sayid, not so much an issue anymore, I think.
