React to Episode 6 - House of the Rising Sun

Yep yep. My dad doesn't seem to like Lost that much, he said that there is no "real" action. I've been kind of wondering about that too, will there be "real" action? Other than us learning about the characters' lives?

I don't think there really needs to be. I mean isn't the show interesting enough?

well, it deffinately wasn't my favorite. WHY DIDN'T SHE RUN AWAY?! and why did Jack and Sayid split up?! that was REALLY DUMB! couldn't they have set up shifts? Like two people go in the day, two at night, and they rotate and they keep the fire going and look out for rescue...its not that hard! But not their divided, and its one of those "united we stand, divided we fall" cases!

I said that it was ok. nothing really spectacular. My least favorite episode so far. I mean the whole sun being able to speak enlgish was pretty amazing but other then that, there was nothing else really about the episode that I liked.

yea, I dunno, there just weren't as many twists as other eps had. And this ep was a LITTLE slow moving, but it was still ok

I thought it was good. I like the way we're introduced to the main characters. There are fourteen, so aha...one, two, three...We'll know them by episode 14 I hope. Of course, they can double up, i.e. the brother and sister team.
The action slowed down a lot after the 'monster' disappeared...no roaring and tree bashing. However, it's a character driven show and we'll be watching them interact or not...

Yeah, it's very character driven, I hope that there's some more action though. I mean, I hope it doesn't turn into like a soap or something. :lol:

Overall I liked the episode..especially the interation between kate and jack...haha"are you checking me out" totally cute..and at the end when they were both thinking about each other ahh could it get any better.

what i'm dying to know is what Sun's father does....is he a ganster? and if he is, how could she not have known? it's all very interesting....
