Jason tries to break the crowd of people staring at him, he wants to try to find some food. From all of this commotion he has completely forgotten that he hasn't eaten since that little slab of chicken and rice on the plane. He is starving. He begins to walk down the beach when he hears a faint scream..."help!!" He begins to run down the beach towards the yell. Others are running as well, and he finds himself next to Dan. A quick nod and smirk is all Dan gives him as he runs right by him. As they come to the base of the jungle Dan sees the shining metal. "what is that?" he thought. He follows Dan and Linia down the path and into the clearing where they see the doctor standing looking straight into the woods with a terrified look on his face.
"You OK doc?" Linia asks.
"To hell with doc look at all of this stuff!" Dan exclaims.
Jason walks around to Dan and finds the suitcases that are layed out on the Jungle floor. Dan begins to sort through things as Linia continues to probe.
"Doc what happened?"
"There was something...one in the woods."
Jason hears this and speaks out
"What do you mean someone. Like someone from the crash?"
"I dont think so."
Dan looks up.
"so you think it was something else? Did we land on the only island in god knows where with the boogy man?"
Paul evil eyes him.
"There was something, I'm not crazy."
Jason looks around at the crowd that is now about 15 people and says
"Well we can stand here all day talking about the monsters in the woods or we can start taking this stuff to the beach and sort through it. Everyone grab a bag, and head back to the beach."
The crowd complies and begins to grab bags.
"Who put you in charge your highness?" Dan snaps at Jason
"No one" Jason says as he drops the bags he is holding. "but if you want to make something of it we can."
Dan begins to walk towards Jason but Liana stops him.
"Don't....Please." she says
Dan looks at her, then at Jason, and walks out to the beach, bumping shoulders with Jason as he walks out, empty handed.
