See I got the exact opposite impression. That Jin was still under the belief that Sun was the one who was infertile, even though she and the viewers know otherwise. I think Jin is still very much in the dark about him being the infertile one.
However, I'm still unsure about who the real father is, because we all know that the island may have some kinda healing powers (Locke and his legs anyone?) so it is
possible Jin is the father, if not probable. And I don't care what Sun says, I think her relationship with the 'English teacher' was more than what the episode showed.
I am definately thinking that Henry is an other, that or he has a serious deathwish. His whole speech about what he would do IF he were an Other just set him up to take a major fall, no matter what else may happen.
Jack and Locke seriously need to work something out for now (never thought I would say that) to be able to deal with Henry in the best possible way.
